God is not Done with the Jews

Here’s a quick Biblical lesson for those who deem that God is done with the Jews…
Let’s read Isaiah 11:11-12 to start.
Isaiah 11:11-12
(11) And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set his hand again the second time to recover the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria, and from Egypt, and from Pathros, and from Cush, and from Elam, and from Shinar, and from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea.
(12) And he shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth.
This shows that there will be two dispersions and returns of the Jewish people to the land of Israel.
When we look at history, we can see that the first time the Jewish people were dispersed from their land was in 606 BC, when they were taken to Babylon for 70 years before they were able to return again in 536 BC.
The second dispersion of the Jewish people began in 70 AD, as prophesied by Jesus Himself and others. When did they return? May 14, 1948.
So, what does that mean? Let’s look at Amos…
Amos 9:14-15
(14) And I will bring again the captivity of my people of Israel, and they shall build the waste cities, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and drink the wine thereof; they shall also make gardens, and eat the fruit of them.
(15) And I will plant them upon their land, and they shall no more be pulled up out of their land which I have given them, saith the LORD thy God.
Amos shows quite clearly to those who may believe the lie that 70 AD was the fulfillment of all Biblical prophecy, that it couldn’t be the case. Because in 70 AD, the Jewish people were dispersed, and therefore, they couldn’t fulfill Amos 9, because they were once again plucked up out of their land which God had given them.
Finally, let’s take a trip to Jeremiah for a moment, shall we?
Jeremiah 31:35-37
(35) Thus saith the LORD, which giveth the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, which divideth the sea when the waves thereof roar; The LORD of hosts is his name:
(36) If those ordinances depart from before me, saith the LORD, then the seed of Israel also shall cease from being a nation before me for ever.
(37) Thus saith the LORD; If heaven above can be measured, and the foundations of the earth searched out beneath, I will also cast off all the seed of Israel for all that they have done, saith the LORD.
As we can see here, we still have the sun, the moon and the stars doing their circuits, and no one has yet measured heaven above nor the foundations of our earth below… So, God is not yet finished with the Nation of Israel.
To all those who don’t like what the government of Israel is doing… Just because their government is evil (as many governments in this world are), does not mean that they are no longer people of God, nor that God is done with them. This doesn’t even get into Romans 11:11-28. (Which I purposely did not do, because some people believe that Paul was a false teacher.)
I pray that those who seem to hate Israel or the Jews simply because they disagree with what their government is doing, will lean into the Bible and ask God to clear their minds and hearts of their hatred. God has not rescinded His promises regarding Israel, and the church has not replaced Israel either.
Much love and blessings to you,
Jess ❤
